This binds Mrs Rekik to adopt a dynamic and promising strategy for growth permitting to shine abroad. Stimulated by the challenge, the house has already invested in an all-round upgrades. Our work goes beyond both the infrastructure and the staff capacities in order to get the partnership agreement with CBS, a prestigious institution of research and development laboratories with high equipment and high tech. The main purpose is to obtain HACCP certification. Yet we are jealous of our craft vocation and the genuineness of our goodies.. Especially in terms of quality!
