Belonging to a family of boilermakers, he acquired the rudiments of the profession in his father’s shop where he spent his free time since his teen age. Then, afterwards, he made his apprenticeship before taking over from his father.
Agent of an ancestral know-how menaced of distinction, he feels responsible for the mission of immortalizing this heritage. He is particularly interested in the hygiene, in the art of cooking and in the gastronomy: cauldrons, steamers, copper pots and steakhouses, dishes of cooking and the other utensils, made by copper or in galvanized iron.
Simplicity and authenticity are the main characteristics of his products; a completely artistic manufacturing.
